Wen Shan Bao Zhong, a lightly oxidized and vibrant oolong, is crafted in northern Taiwan. It's produced by a fourth-generation tea-making family from the Nantou region, who skillfully highlight its characteristic powdery floral tones, rich oat-like sweetness, and a hint of saltiness.
