    Francis Egly crafts exceptional sparkling wines from less than 10 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards within Champagne. His wines are terroir-driven, un-fined, and unfiltered. This is not your average rosé Champagne. It was completely barrel-fermented and spent sixty-four months aging on its lees. Incredibly complex, Egly-Ouriet is the ultimate geek wine for any lover of bubbly.
