2023 Folk Machine "White Light" White Blend (Mendocino, CA) 4W

A super fun blend from owner/winemaker Kenny Livitprakong consisting of 35% Tocai Friulano, 30% Vedelho, 27% Riesling, and 8% Gewürztraminer, this is bone dry, slightly salty, with brilliant acidity and minerality. This white blend shows a lot of tart green apple, zesty citrus, and sea breeze aromas, along with a fresh, crisp, and light mouthfeel. Try this with sushi, shellfish pasta, or a sunny picnic!
