Since 1999, Angelo, the great-nephew of the original owner, has run the winery, continuing the tradition of aging in large oak barrels, in-house bottling, and using indigenous yeasts from their own grapes. The 35-hectare estate, including 23 hectares of vineyards, is managed biodynamically. The wine is dark ruby red with intense aromas, offering spice and fruity flavors of cherry and blackberry. It has a persuasive character, showcasing unique regional typicity, class, and elegance.
